Apparently it's 20k if you don't have doc forgery office for the comet not much difference then a quick headhunter mission. Not sure if different vehicles have different claim prices though.

Heads up for PC players, the custom plate disappears the next time you log in. This is due to the plate still being blacklisted on PC. To get the car before the weekly change, keep the car in your chop shop and don't claim it.
