yes , but you need an auto-key presser , because your hand will hurt you from pressing on the space key , the devs of the game could've made it easier for us if they just added $100000 + $1million in the options like we have in the casinos , but anyway you can do it on multiple days , i did it at one single time , with the help of the tool , it didn't work at first but it did in the second part , and btw each time you want to bet with $10 million (the maximum bet you can bet with) you'll have to press on the space button ($10000) 1000x times , so that's the hardest part , and you'll feel like you want to quit if you do all of that and your bet loses..but with some patience you will get it and as i said , you don't have to fo it at one single time like i did , you can do it on multiple times , anyway i'm glad you liked it !

yes you can..if you do Vigilante using the hunter , but that one will take longer than this , but i will do it too , i'll convert the hunter to all proof & i'll disable the wanted level using om0 , and i'll do that one too in a single run , but later :)

In vice city you had to either grind Cone crazy or vigillante missions, in san andreas after alot of trial and error on the betting shops, Liberty city stories was doing the Cars and Bike Salesman Side mission (A ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE) and on vice city stories it was basically a matter of time until you reach Maximum money because of Your vic empire buldings. San Andreas and vice city stories were the easiest ones to reach maximum money.
