Let's just recap the highlights of this mission... Truth calls CJ and asks for help... So he grabs a plane and flies to the helicopter. Then, CJ landed witha parachute right in front of a police officer and claims to be a helmet inspection officer and the cop seems to believe it. Then, random fucking explosions happen out of nowhere and CJ kicks the cop in the ass. After a few hours, this guy wakes up and gets crashed by an explosed car... What the fиск, Rockstar?

This mission was actually good in terms of introducing features. The police reports, i can imagine someone didn't even realised until that point, that the police reports the point of criminality. And also you need to go to that north west village to catch Truth. That's the most unpopular place in the entire map, because there's no mission what so ever only just a boat school mission. (I know there are also some unpopular villages in the desert, but atleast you need to go through them if you want to get somewhere, but this village is completely avoidable.)

I think I see why they thought it was best to cut it; it was boring. They already have that mission with the van going across San Fierro with you needing to destroy the gangs in the way. In this, it's a lot more simplified and there was little need for it to tie in with the story. Only reason to keep it would be so people could get that sought after FBI Truck.

Yeah. It's interesting that the FBI Truck still exists but you can't find it , only spawn it with trainers... i think that in this mission the FBI Truck was supposed to be shown but they as they deleted the mission the FBI Truck never made an appearance. Not a big loss i think :))

Yeah. The FBI Truck is only special to the players because it's a vehicle that only spawns thanks to trainers or modifications. Other than that, there's not much about it that's too great.

NOPE you are wrong. they cut, because when carl was talking with the cop, something bombed the building. when mission was ending, a car falled to the cop. both are nearly impossible, so they cut it off.

The audio used by CJ was from a beta dialogue between him and Ceaser in the beta form of the Photo Opportunity mission. Edit: Also, I noticed that many people are wondering about the random explosions/the ending where the cop dies from an crashing exploding car falling from the sky. It's probably just one of Rockstar's gags. But remember that something similar happens in the end of the mission Bring The House Down.

This mission wouldve been great. I think the most (only) dissappointing thing about the game was the fact that there was no storyline involving the small island in the NW corner. They had the Boating license place there but it really was only a drive through place. Nice to see it finally get some story time, even though it only is for a short time

This mission would've been great in the final game.All they had to do was adjust the mission a bit so you had to actually find the Truth's location some how then get a police chopper.Plus this mission first shows the unused swat van vehicle too.Rockstar had some great mission ideas but scrapped a lot of good ones.

Photo opportunity was a replacement for this mission because in beta you were originally going to fly a maverick and follow Ryder to the meeting take pictures from the helicopters which is why he was shouting and Toreno will shoot the maverick you will have about 60 seconds to land the helicopter before it explodes land it successfully the mission is done

The boat school missions are there, you can also get there during the mission Zeroing In if you don't stop the car quick enough and if I remember correctly you pass trough there during some races. Still it would be nice to have some of the main missions there.
