For Friends Reunited, at the Lost MC's trailer park, you can find Rat Loaders with coffins in their truck bed. The coffins will stay in the back of the truck until you load up a savegame (obviously with a truck in your garage) or, I think, leave the truck in a garage and come back after driving a short distance away and returning. Might be late, but no, it's a completely different mission. Some references to End of the Line are in the mission Father/Son, where you have to chase a truck with Jimmy on it, kinda like the Firetruck with Sweet on the ladder in SA. Also, at some point you have to catch Jimmy before he loses the grip, which is kinda the same thing in EOTL, when a cop tries to crush Sweet's fingers to make him fall off the Firetruck.

After the cut scene, you can make your way down to the end of their driveway -- by a windmill and the road -- and wait in ambush for the van. I prefer setting sticky bombs or proximity mines, but you can use a rocket launcher as well. If you choose to use any type of gun, they will either stop and get out to attack you, or in one or two instances, I have had them flee by driving away really fast. They still recognize you --"It's Trevor Philips!" -- but they will try to get away. However, if you do manage to blow up the van, the other O'Neils at the farmhouse won't be alerted, because the vehicle is too far away from the main building. So you can basically kill the escapees and then go take out everyone else.
