Things are a lot easier with the Hunter, including finding the red balloons!
This is a playthrough of of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories with the One-Hit Knockout (OHKO) mod, which lowers Vic's health to one point and prevents you from restoring your health or wearing body armour. In other words, any damage will kill you!

One playthrough idea would be a starter save series where you do everything that can be done in the game without starting the first mission.

I'm done this master save with san andreas and vice city. They are pretty fun and challenge (especially san andreas because of permanent 4 stars in others islands).

Stu as far as i knew in this game there a bug or a glitch that cause to despawn the traffic at 03:00 night time until the morning. I am not sure quite about the pedestrian if there are disable too or it's only the traffic?
