In my opinion the following missions that may be difficult with OHK: Mall Shootout Guardian Angels Phnom Penh 86' Supply & Demand Death Row Rub Out Cannon Fodder Naval Engagement Trojan Voodoo Juju Scramble The Job Hit The Courier Keep Your Friends Close G-Spotlight (fall damage) Martha's Mugshot ...and of course Rampages

Phnom Penh '86 and Supply & Demand will be fine because OHKO doesn't affect your vehicle during the parts where you're doing the shooting.

Four Iron might be a problematic mission on ohko. For Mall Shootout, “freeze you imperialist American pig” is likely to be that playthrough’s “I’m leveraging the assets” quote.

Another Unanswered GTA Question I've Wondered For Years, How The Hell Does Lance's Infernus Reappear in Vice City If it Got Destroyed In Vice City Stories? GTA Wiki Also States That Apparently The Walton That Gets Destroyed In The Mission Gun Runner In VC, Is The Same Walton Phil Drove In VCS, Even Though He Clearly Destroyed It In The Mission Over The Top.
