Exporting the Reefer reminds me of that mission from the GTA III Frosted Winter Mod. I think it is the one where you have to check out a sunken ship and the boat you use is the Reefer. lol

Strange i just downloaded the GTA III - A day in Liberty [v0.91 Fixed] from GTA Forums Stu if you are interested i can give you that version of the mod.

Unfortunately, 'v0.91 Fixed' is the bugged version. Source: that's the one I downloaded too.
