As soon as you got out the car you can kind of feel like he was some type of loser low life but when you're trying to be professional you don't want to just put that jacket on somebody without knowing them but sadly for please, I think they have to stereotype these people off of how they look because that's the only thing you can go off of

This happened in March 2024. The murderer is named Jaremy Smith. He initially murdered paramedic Phonesia Machado-Fore & stole her BMW. Then he drove across the country and killed New Mexico State Police Officer Justin Hare, who had stopped to help him with a flat tire. After an APB & fliers were put out in NM, a very smart and brave woman cashier at a Murphys gas station in Tucumcari called 911 on the killer, after he bought booze and showed her his ID. She recognized him and the unique spelling of his name. The parents of the officer reportedly met the cashier later to thank her. May both the victims RIP 🙏🏻. There is also NM police body cam footage of the killers' arrest.. he had fled police and ran, they caught him in someone's backyard and he was whining that he was thirsty. Unbelievable.

I've seen it in many videos, the worst I've seen is an officer showing up to a business a homeless man was at, officer got to close and the guy pulled a huge knife, chased him down and stabbed him repeatedly until a bystander showed up and shot him, the homeless man would've done the same to the bystander if he wasn't armed. The hardest part of the video for me was SEEING the officer trying to breath, every exhale was nothing but red. As a Deputy I'm gonna call you on your bullsh*t. This situation was unfortunate as hell, but stopping for a stranded motorist (not disabled vehicle) is NOT more danger than a traffic stop, where you've now detained the driver/occupants for a crime. Some even go the the extent of planting evidence on unsuspecting 'public'. If ever they are held to account, the judges make sure they get the lightest sentences possible buttered by probation, The judges, Prosecutors and police work in consort against the 'public'. That's why there won't be any massive outrage, people are fed up. People are languishing in prisons because of botched investigations by the same police

For all those saying the officer was so chill when he pulled up to the car and should have paid attention to all the red flags….he was actually dispatched to an “assist the motorist” call. 9/10 times the subject will get out of their car and meet you half way in between their car and your patrol car. I don’t know why or what prevented the officer from getting out of his car but something did. They call squad cars a tomb for a reason, it’s the reason you see cops bailing out when they are ambushed.

Well . . . I am 67 yrs of age, and that has got to be one of the saddest and tragic things i've ever seen or heard. For one human being, to help and assist another fellow human being, just to be executed, by the usual suspect. Dodgy looking as you like, and i feel the officer probably thought exactly the same, when the driver got straight out, and approached his car. If that person was flagging/waving down other cars for assistance, then i cannot help feeling, that this unfortunate police officer, that lost his life, possibly saved at least, one other, that would have died instead of him, if they had stopped. Whoever may have stopped, would have done so out of the kindness of their hearts, probably instilled in them as children, to help where possible, never expected the evil that is on this planet, along with them . . Truly sad and appalling, to listen to the officers rasping lungs, as he expires . . The murderer, being a despicable creature, that will no doubt, go on to do this again. I will always realise now, when watching these types of video, why all police are super cautious, when coming in to contact with complete strangers . . . Condolences to his whole family ♥

THIS, This why some cops wait for backup even for a simple traffic stop. All this Officer was doing was trying to assist this person and he gets, unalived as KZbin wants to put it. The Officer had no knowledge of what the suspect did, was simply trying to help what he thought was a stranded motorist. He paid the ultimate price for it. So if you get pulled over for something like speeding or running a stop sign and are wondering why there are multiple cops on scene, it's because of situations like this. I feel for his family, and hope this dude gets the maximum sentence for his actions.
