As funny as the moments where they play the clap audio at the wrong time during the crowdless events, I do cringe the whole thing. Since the beginning, I've argued against it as I enjoyed the quietness where you can hear everything else clearly. But really, trying to make the viewing experience better for people at the potential expense of the players isn't smart.
