@@User24xI don’t know if it was unlisted or not, but it’s not now and just in case you didn’t realize live streams are separated from videos on channels. You have to go to the live tab to see this as a vod. The St Jude streams were done on Game Theory not GT Live which is why they were uploaded here as videos.

#GTLIVE I'm not sure if someone will actually look at this or not, but the "slang" definition of soaking is an actual thing that's done within the amish/Pennsylvania dutch culture before marriage can happen! I know it's crazy right! In their culture they have to complete a sort of "pre marriage" information/tutorial course in order to be granted permission from the elders and church to get married!!! That course also includes the act of couples sleeping in the same bed together but with a plank of wood separating them. (The term for this is called "Bundling") bizarre but true! 😅

The more nsfw version that Tom and Ash were referring to is what a lot of Mormon teens & young adults (especially at BYU) do. It’s a way to have intercourse without “having s3x before marriage”. The couple is uh, “joined” at the hips and lay together without moving, while a friend or two jumps up and down on the bed or rocks the bed to create movement. The logic goes that because it’s technically not actively partaking in intercourse, then the two aren’t “really” having s3x.

I actually already knew this, but it's so interesting how words can have so many meanings :) A block can be the streets around some houses, it can be a bunch of flats, it can be made of wood and go into the square hole, it can be a barrier of some kind, both physical and mental It's so fun :)

I’m a Brit and I was gunna say we have block. Attack the block is a great film. Anyways block usually refers to a block of flats (an apartment building) and yeh there’s probably people in like city’s who say the hood but we’re I grew up no one really said that. But estate was said in a similar tone because there was quite a large council estate in the area.

Hey MatPat, can you please do a Hocus Pocus theory video for Halloween? I’ve always wondered how Binx didn’t die when the witches died the first time, but he turned back into a human when they died the second time, even though they came back in the second movie. I’d love to see it!!!

'Twas the curse. The Sanderson Sisters laid the exact conditions for when they would be back, so their deaths weren't really "final" until after the lighting of the black candle summoned them back to meet their end. At the end of the movie Binx explains it himself, that he couldn't reunite in the afterlife with his sister until the black candle was lit. The sequel... messes with this. A lot. The sequel contradicts multiple parts of the original movie. So just take anything the sequel introduces with a grain of salt and just enjoy it as a fun movie (I know, an impossible ask for theorists lol)

I've got Tom's British back here. We don't have blocks in the UK the same as the US. The block in Attack The Block refers to a block of flats, which is what we call an apartment building.

This livestream was a blast to watch! You got me to snort, and wheezing more than once, you know it's good when that happens! 😁 I love it when people have a good time and enjoy themselves! There should be more livestreams like this! I love that both Stephie/Stephanie are off screen offering commentary! Next time give them a mic/have them stand closer to Ash! 🤭 What I've learned from watching Twitch livestreams is that sometimes chat is just memeing, and try not to take things too personally. Once one person starts, others follow even if they don't outright believe in what's said, even if it began as just a meme.
