Does this Trek accept 28mm front and rear tires? I'm wanting to build one like it but the Zipp wheels for better performance indicate 28 mm wheels. I saw something on the TREK website that the bike's specifications limit 25 in the front and 28 in the back.

Hi GTN, could you do a video (or a piece on #GTNCoachesCorner) about how to do hard intervals and efforts on the bike? I really struggle with the technique to get my HR up into Z4-5. It's hard on the legs but my HR stays fairly low. I know cadence is part of the equation, but what else is there? Thanks!
