The correct name of this form is 十字连环靠打拳, it was filmed at Guangzhou Ancestral Hall Choy Lee Fut Association 潘国满广州洪圣始祖馆 Pun Kwok Mun's, my Sifu's home, in Guangzhou before he passed away, so future generations can see it, as it was originally passed down from his Sifu Chen You Chi 陈耀墀.

For such long complexes, good preparation is needed. These movements themselves resemble my old homemade combinations of movements taken from various films and not having a single system, such as the forms of the Shaolin fist, which were interesting to study later.
