Rick, you are definitely one of the best bjj instructors. The breakdown of every little detail really makes it easy to learn. I've been struggling to pass guards for a while, and couldn't figure out why. It was the small details about my core and about their hips/butt being off the mat that I didn't notice. I can't wait for open mat tomorrow to try a couple of these techniques. Thanks.

Mate, love the way you teach and pass on knowledge. I do have a problem however my knees. Both are cactus and will not allow me to sit anywhere near my heels is there another way to sit that allows me to carry out a guard pass. This also applies to other moves as well, technical sit/stand ups for example. Thank you.
