It is the responsibility of the people of NYC to manage their own security in their own public spaces. The Guardian Angels are rising up to respond to a genuine need for public security, the Government and police arent meeting If the Government and or the Police want groups like the Guardian Angels to not step in, then they need to step up, until groups of citizens feel they no longer need to step in.

Tired of the PC titles. If you are in the country without permission, you are here "illegally". Undocumented makes it sound like he just forgot to file something or left his passport at home. You are either breaking the law or you aren't. If we had pictures on social security cards with biometrics (i.e. thumbprint) and required it be presented to get a job, and a temporary worker visa program, then all this immigration BS would be resolved.

So you're saying that the politically correct word is illegal, and it bothers you when people don't use that word? The thing about the law is that it isn't all black white. There are people here who have temporary stays until the courts decide what to do with them, hence "undocumented". It's important to understand the difference or you might end up wrongfully generalizing large groups of people.

Now that it has been shown that NYC is going to go after anybody who intervenes and is a good samaritan and try to lock them up in prison I think that's probably not a good idea.
