I’ve used Feliway for my cats over the years, and it helped their behaviour issues at the time. It mimics the mother’s pheromones when they are suckling kittens. Glad you are finally getting some answers for Bryar’s pain. IMO and SIBO sound awful. Lots of prebiotics and probiotics seem to be a common natural help, ginger as well. Hopefully she’ll be on the road back to feeling much better. Love the joke Fynn as always. Happy Thanksgiving this week, we don’t have that in Australia. Oh wow, I just assumed that everyone did Thanksgiving, but I guess that makes sense! Bryar has been adding ginger to her tea lately, she’s up for trying anything. So far no improvement with the stomach, she has a few days left of antibiotics though. Either way, I know it was good to get rid of those bacteria! Hope you’re doing well 😍😍

I’m so sorry, as it turns out we actually failed to give the answer during the video! I think we all assumed that somebody else had explained it but no one did. She had been digging her face into some gross deer carcass down by the lake. Yuck! 😳

@@AllCreaturesFarmandRescue Dogs will do that sort of thing along with other gross things. Our dogs also like to roll in gross stuff and it gets into their fur and stinks. My son deer hunts and he is very careful where he disposes of the hide and bones when we butcher. He is up north this last weekend deer hunting and is suppose to return home sometime this evening. He did get one deer on opening day and not sure how things have gone today.. I will not know until he gets home.

I had A cat years ago who was allergic to the Flea Medicine drops. We had a use Flea Collers. When the Drops were used she would run around the house and hide for days. It was awful for her.

Hi Laurie and Finn, my black cat Mr. Jones also had a massive hair loss accompanied with scratching. He is an indoor cat that sometimes goes outside under supervision. He seemed to be allergic to something outside so now I keep him in and all his hair is back now. So maybe Moose is allergic to something outside since he is an indoor cat. Mine also got hot spots from fleemeds. Love from the Netherlands

Hi there. I love your explanation of this spray. Lol or diffuser. I wouldn’t think the Vet would suggest this if she was getting a bounce back from the purchase. I’m thinking this can’t possibly get any worse that an animal physiologists I don’t spell very good, Fern protecting her puppies? Moose is hiding. These pheromone based calming sprays/diffusers, for cats and dogs (different pheromenes - can't be interchanged), usually work better than... lavender, f.e., if stress or anxiety really are the cause for the exhibited behaviour - plus the scent of the pheromones is not detectible for humans, where lavender can be quite overwhelming (at least too me, and my dog is allergic to it anyhow, so I don't have any anyway). Only struggle is to find the perfect place to plug the diffuser in, if the cat/dog has more than one favorite place to lay, or there's no plug anywhere close to it. Huh... Fern? What happened? It's weird that her snout is white and only her head and face are... pinkish. Interesting! Moose hiding/sleeping in the bag was funny. I would've never seem him there.

You are totally right, we can’t smell anything! And he’s improving, but it’s hard to say what has helped him - - different food, steroid shot, or some stress has been removed? Oh well, at least he’s getting better! And we are so sorry, I guess we never gave a full explanation of why Fern’s face was pink! Everybody had talked about it in our family, but obviously no one gave the full explanation on the video. We will have to correct that on the next wrapup. Apparently she was shoving her face inside of a deer carcass, covering her whole head. But like you said, it was odd because her snout was white. I’m guessing that’s because it’s the only place her tongue couldn’t reach to clean?? so funny, we’ve never had them look like that before! 😳😆

There are several calming sprays/diffusers for both, cats and dogs available. They are working the same way, by giving out a pheromone that is normally produced by the animal itself.

Have you tried a different food? Many brands are filled with byproducts that aren't very healthy and they lack essential nutrients that may help moose's hair loss and scratching and mood anxiety.

Yes, we actually tried another food recently and he is definitely improving. We have no idea why, because we introduced too many changes at the same time, lol! But at least he’s doing better, thanks for the idea.
