I think the foundation looked perfect!! I actually liked the lip liner as well, the color was phenomenal, especially paired with the Natasha Denona lip products. The last lip color wasn’t my favorite but it did look nourishing.. you are really showing us some gems lately!

I've enjoyed the Guerlain L'Essentiel foundation for some time, it's a light/light medium and typically - it's discontinued. THIS foundation looks amazing on you and the longevity is beyond incredible!!! I don't appreciate the level of oxidisation though, why can't they just make it in the true, final shade? I'm glad you mentioned the TF Traceless foundation - this one definitely reminded me of it but I think this lasts much longer. Gorgeous 😍 As for the tretinoin, you might benefit from reducing the strength or "diluting" it with your moisturiser. That way, you'll reap the effects without the extreme dryness/peeling. Peeling is totally unnecessary and (I've learned) that it's due to an adverse reaction which can damage the skin barrier. Love you loads ❤⭐❤⭐❤ PS : Sorry I've been awol, I've had/still got a mega sinus infection 😫

Thanks for another great review Tania. This is a beautiful foundation! 😍 I am impressed by how long it lasts and how it played so nicely with your dry areas. There might be hope that it would be kind to my mature, dry skin. It's expensive but it wouldn't be my every day go to. If I wait for the sale and use reward points to get $10 off, that will make it more reasonable.

I’m also curious what you might think of the Guerlain Parure Gold Matte foundation that was released a few months ago. Let us know if you decide to try it! Natural/matte foundations seem to be what I need because the glowy ones tend to emphasize my texture & fine lines. Weird the guerlan is matching me to a neutral beige when I’m a cool/rose hmmm…..I was just saying how foundations are all over the map these days, like NARS matching me to a warm undertone WEIRD but yeah so maybe I will go with the neutral just not sure….
