I agree 100% with your list! I’ve always loved a very cool and pitch black bedroom to sleep. I just built a new house and I wanted zero lights at night outside. I am in the country so that was possible, yay. I would love to see part two bro. Thanks and keep up the great videos!

I wouldn't think that elevating your head is helpful for lymph, but rather elevating your feet... I struggle with stagnant lymph and elevating my feet helps pretty significantly.

Part 2 please 👍 1. A tip i can share is to air the bed sheet/covert more often, instead of washing frequently. This trick are faster (than washing every time) and will reduce mite plus improve air quality. 🌤🌾

Hey! Can you explain how the air filter helps with sleep? I understand the logic but I'm not sure how the connection between air quality and sleep specifically is linked. Thanks!

Just recently started watching you, but I am very curious on what you free T and total T levels are. I'm looking to boost mine with the same supplements you use.

Good thing you added the qualifier in parenthesis or we might think you were talking about something else 😉
