@@0SilentShot0 I think it's the opposite. You can't narrow by effect, extra deck, attack, defense, attribute and so on and so forth. There is alot less to narrow it down by, and makes it alot harder I think.

I think out of all the people on the show so far RJ absolutly crushed it. He asked the by far best questions. No nonsense "is in an earth, light or dark" questions doing nothing. it would also be very interesting to see a versus mode on this game, each player gets 10 questions but they only have 1 card to guess, each player takes turns to ask the usual Y/N question to narrow down the pool, and at the end of each round they're given a chance to guess, but if they guess incorrectly they're out of the match, first one to guess the correct card wins

I like this idea, but I would suggest a race to guess the card and each player gets to hear the questions asked. After each question the current player gets a guess. If wrong it passes to the next player. You need to balance between narrowing the card pool for yourself only to get it sniped by someone else.

Spoilers for those who haven't finished the episode: I went back and looked at the Duelist Pack: Aster Phoenix and the misery that ensured there with Doom Lord, then remembered the two 2 hour episodes early on in Sealed Showdown. I was wondering if in addition to a potential Best of Sealed Showdown Moments for 2022 (if that is ever made) if there could also be a Worst of Sealed Showdown Moments of 2022 encompassing the most miserable suffering, the most misery ever known to man that would only ever occur in Sealed Yugioh environments! (Example: RJB0's depression story segments in Aster Phoenix, something about Captain Tenacious's family, if anyone remembers those fun moments lol. Another example would be realizing there is no true ruling for Cyclone Blade, where RJB0 and Cimooo spend 30 minutes figuring that out)

Glad someone finally asked about card frame. Although the best way to use that type of question is to ask it aa your first question asking if the card frame is either Green, Purple, Blue or Black. Basically you eliminate everything but Synchros, Effect and Normal monsters in a single question if no. And basically know it's ether a Spell, Trap, XYZ, Link or Ritual or Fusion monster if yes The follow up question can narrow things down further along with cutting out Pendulum.

I feel like the better question if you are aware of it being extra deck is "does it have a level". I feel like grouping Synchro/XYZ together doesn't do you many favors as there are A LOT of iconic cards in if you roll into the synchro+fusion side you PROBABLY don't have to ask again for type since fusion is so small compared to the other 3.

@@amethonys2798 Honestly both are solid ways to try and figure things out. Asking border color like that as far as grouping goes is because the next question depending on the answer is: Does it have a level or is a level 4 or lower Fusion monster if the answer was yes. Is it a Normal monster or a level 4 or lower effect monster if the answer was no. Basically after 2 questions you have eliminated almost every thing and left yourself with the ability to know exactly what to focus on. (Also let's you get rid of pendulum and ritual if the first answer was a no).

My first question, should I ever be in one of these games, would be "Is it a level 4 or lower monster that can be normal summoned?" That may sound redundant, but it honestly eliminates so many things, regardless of yes or no. If yes, then we know it's a standard level 4 or lower normal summonable, while also eliminating things like Aqua Spirit, D.D. Unicorn Knight, and other strange examples like those. We also then know it's not in the extra deck, and also that it's not like Sirocco the Dawn or a Hieratic monster. If no, then it is a strange summoning condition on a level 4, or a higher level monster or an ED monster. Either way we eliminated a lot.
