Guess What We're Making?!

SALSA!!! I get many requests for my salsa and I'm not gonna lie, it's pretty good. I found this recipe on a whim a few years back, and now it's THE recipe I turn to. I can't find the link, I printed it out one and never went back. Fortunately, the Author was printed on the recipe, so I can give credit where it's due!
RECIPE:
Author Alex Caspero
9 cups chopped tomatoes (peeled)
3 cups chopped green peppers
3 cups chopped white onion
3-4 Jalapeños (seeded or not, you choose)
8 cloves of garlic
6 teaspoons canning salt
1 cup white vinegar
1, 12 oz can of tomato paste
combine ingredients, simmer x20-30 min
recipe says to waterbacth can jars for 30 min, but I did pints x15 min.
