5:32 "Word blind" is the literal translation of the danish word "Ordblind" which is what you'd call dyslexia in English.

Phalc0n We said "ordblind" in Sweden too but I think it has moved over to properly being called dyslexia ("dyslexi"). Our king and the crown princesses have it so it is quite well known and not stigmatized.

That snow ball thing is also sold alternatively as a popular version of juggling balls for beginners, because they don't roll away when you drop them, they just plop down. They are also easy on the hands.

Hey Tommy you should get some Canadian Currency. We have pseudo-braille on our dollar bills and they smell like maple syrup (not even joking but only the new 20s and 10s) they're also feel different then American money and it would be interesting for you to guess what colours we use for certain denominations. In addition we also have Loonies and Toonies (1 and 2 dollar coins) that are quite unique to feel.

to be fair, it could be used to clip anything that needs to be clipped. A tie clip would be the best/most prominent use for it though. If not that, then a bookmark/paper clip.

one thing tommy said he would like to see was how we see tall things, or things going off for miles like the sea. maybe we can send him something that replicates what its like, like a model of what we see of the sea as the waves get smaller and smaller the further away you look. I have no access to a 3-d printer, but id certainly do it :)

I love Audible, I am half blind, I can see nothing out of my left eye.the second has vision but I need strong classes. Audible has helped me listen to all my favorite books. If you need a recommendation listen to Harry potter if you hadn't already. Also many books by stephen King are great as well

I love his sense of wonder and amazement at every new discovery and realization. It shows that we can always learn something new at any age if we stay open minded to new experiences. I love you Tommy, every time I get to see the happiness when you put together something that you had always wondered about it makes me smile too. Your videos are so positive, they always cheer me up and make me not take things for granted. Thank you, your videos have taught me so much about being blind and how a lot of people don’t give blind people enough credit for how well their other senses can make up for their lack of sight.

It is fascinating to me how he remembers the feel of a piano hammer from when he was a kid! I guess when you experience the world without ever having seen, your memories and perception are vastly different yet amount to the same understanding of the world. That's pretty cool

Every video I watch I always find something amazing about this guy's life. Imagine at his age not knowing what a Teddy Bear was. Little things like that are very unexpected but I really love to find out. He has a whole different style of life.

Phun Phact: Long ago in the U.S., there was a chocolate and caramel candy called a Marathon Bar. But it hasn't existed since the early '80s. But they still exist in the U.K. under the name Curly Wurly. You can have them shipped to the U.S.. I mention this because you have a Curly Wurly in the box, and like me, you are old enough to remember the Marathon bars.
