I’d love to see him cook Blonde d’Acquitaine aka Cote de Boeuf. Also said to be the rarest and most expensive beef.

That has to be delicious. For it to be that expensive. It certainly looks delicious. Great video today, Guga. Hopefully Squid Ink Dry Age will be soon. :)

Expensive don't automatically mean delicious. Everyone has specific taste preferences. I hate sea urchin; way too seafood-y/game-y Having said that. I suspect I'd enjoy both wagyu and otoro lol

It’s okay Angel, you’re probably getting smoked by the comments, but as someone with seafood allergy, I feel ya

Even though angel doesn’t like fish he’s still respectful to the food and the chefs!

As someone who lives nearly 1000 miles from the nearest ocean, seafood videos always make me jealous.

Guga, try to get real Korean Hanwoo beef and compare the flavor to wagyu from Japan.
@i.t21b_alphonso_luis_vallejo Жыл бұрын
Mikey Chen try that but he likes more the wagyu
@NamChin846 Жыл бұрын
yes he should. Hanwoo is much better.

You can tell Angel has a young person's palate. Just completely dissing some of the finest tuna on the planet. That stuff is wasted on him; wait until he's, you know, an adult and can actually enjoy those flavors.

Yes, because we all know that insulting another grown man for his food preferences is definitely the more mature thing to do 🙄 Good grief, you food-snobs are the worst, bunch of fart-sniffing hypocrites.

Why waste this delicious food on the kid who cant eat fish or veggies?

There’s a reason Blue Fin Tuna is so expensive. They’re endangered, or at least last they were last time I checked. I recall hearing that after they were listed as endangered the prices soared which of course worsened the issue as more people took to fishing for them for a massive payday.

It's very sad. I don't eat tuna because I want the stocks to replenish.

I found your videos a few days ago and I've absolutely fell in love with them. You should experiment just like when you boiled the chicken in soy sauce, experiment with Chashu seasoning/sauce and see if that tastes just as good as it does with pork belly but on a steak.
@genghis5381 Жыл бұрын
Fair play to Angel for eating it even though he clearly hates it, he was willing to try.
@Sp3c9000 Жыл бұрын
This was a great video, you also had some pretty great "guest stars", and it was nice to see Angel trying all of the dishes even though I know he generally doesn't like fish. That said, the amount of snobby jerks in the comments are insane (not your fault, obviously, just an observation) and they seem to get worse and worse after every video you upload. I'm just glad that YOU don't berate Angel (or anyone else) for not liking the same foods that you do, it's one of the many reasons I still support your channel(s) and is probably why Angel still enjoys making videos with you. I hope Angel doesn't take these food-snobs too seriously, he likes what he likes and there's nothing wrong with that, plus he can just get Leo or one of the other guys to eat the stuff he doesn't like so you can still make plenty of content! (Angel is also a really good cameraman, I know that's a bit of topic but I wanted to point it out anyway, he's got skills!) Be well, Guga & Crew, and stay awesome! ❤️
