I always love how Guga is like, “everyone will love this side dish, and it is surprisingly easy to make” then goes on to list some crazy recipe. “First we need to harvest the hyoid bone of the warm water Portuguese Man-o-war. Then we crush that in a mortar and pestle with fresh saffron, basil, and bottled sweat from a Himalayan monk…”

What were the ingredients u had trouble with on this side dish (besides the cheese... I'd never heard of it, but it can be substituted with cream cheese). Was it the beef, the salt and pepper, the onion and garlic powder. The flour, egg seriously what was it every ingredient is so standard

Always important to pair your meat with a side dish of more meat 😂. Great video Guga! Your steak expiriments are always fun.

We make pepperoni chips in the air fryer. Lower temps keep them from burning, and they turn crispy without darkening too much.

Guga! Please try freeze drying the peperoni, then blending it to make peperoni dust and then use that for the steak crust! Would be super interesting to see if that would yield the best of both worlds, crunch and flavor combined. Also, going with the above theme: steak vs peperoni dust compound butter maybe?
