Where do these two new trusts come from/go? Are they completely separate or are these just 2 additional sections in the original revocable trust?

What if when I purchased my house they asked if we wanted the house to be titled trust so they wouldn’t have to pay taxes on the property if and when I pass away. Can the spouse in divorce from me force a sale of the property in a divorce between the parents.
