Me hospedé en ese hotel en 2018. En ese cuarto, éramos 5 personas. Tenía un mini cocina bién equipada. El desayuno te lo preparabas te daban muchaos alimentos, una minirefri equipada, licuadora, tostadora, waflera. The culinary boom nowadays in Peru is definitely related with the ancient civilizations in the Andes. All the magnificent lost cities in Cuzco were built way before the Incas. The Incas just kept building on them. I you check the pics of these cites, the land or terraces in this case dedicated for farming is MASSIVE comparing with the structures of theses cities... That tells you HOW IMPORTANT FEEDING WAS FOR THEM. The potatoes, quinoa among many others were somehow created in the heights of the Andes. Most of the super food we know come from the Andes. Google it....
