Sup Demi! I’ve never been to Universal for the holidays, but I definitely need to go one day. Everything looks amazing and it’s great that you don’t have to buy an extra ticket. I’m sorry you didn’t get to meet Earl this year. The only thing I see as a problem is the Grinch breakfast and meeting the Grinch in general. They should go back to a buffet and I don’t know what they need to do about meeting the Grinch, but waiting in line that long to meet a character is absolutely insane. However, I loved your interaction with the Grinch. Thank you as always for getting this great video out in such a short time. The joy you bring with this video helps brighten my mood after the sad news that was announced yesterday.

I have been waiting for this!!! I have the best grinch family picture. My parents are there and I reach his arm pit. He is looking at my mom while using his other hand to put his hand paw whatever u call it in dad’s face. Our height differences are so funny too. I met him near whomingdales waited for an hour. Also watching ur videos is my Christmas tradition

How do you rope drop Grinch? what time does he appear?

He starts meeting when the park opens. So head straight to the line. However, if it’s a day that Islands has early park admission for resort guests, they get to get in line first. So they’re still waiting at least an hour but it’s before the park officially opens. So if you’re not a resort guest, best to rope drop on a day Studios has early park admission.

My friend and her son did early admission last year and beelined to the grinch. They still waited an hour and a half. As fun as the grinch is it’s just not worth that wait to me. Many other things I would rather do. I’m hoping they change the format of the breakfast for the remainder of the season. I couldn’t imagine paying that money and STILL having to wait over an hour.

So sad and crazy when people are rude to team members. Obviously not their fault- they have no say in the company's decisions. Just trying to do their best, and making minimum wage with people screaming at them is not OK.

This weekend in particular at this park and the one with the mouse, I saw so many rude people more than ever. I don’t know if it’s the stress of the holidays that are getting to people, but it’s truly outrageous.

This is so disappointing. I could have had a 45 min wait when it opened early on Thursday , but didn’t bother as I have paid for this. Feels like this has been mis-sold
