If you are just finding Kitaro now… he is a master of guided breathing meditation. I’ve been Wim Hof breathing for over 5 years and I’ve used many guided Wim Hof videos. HE’S THE BEST… and in the words of Wim Hof, ‘I hope you are all happy healthy and strong’.

May I ask a question? I do WHB often in the evening somewhat before bed. However, I somehow get air into my stomach by doing the breathing. I then have to walk around and move to get that air out of me, otherwise I won't even get close to falling asleep. Did you have the same experience? How did you go about that problem? It helps me to do the breathing while sitting instead of lying down. Any recommendations? Best, Christoph

Ahhh yes. The Whoopi cushion effect! I get that when I breathe. More so when I lay down. If I’m lying down I will hold my toes like baby pose in Yoga or windshield wiper my knees together and I let ‘em rip! 😂😂 Before bed I like a slower breathing technique like 6-7-8. And I rise with WHB I hope my reply helps. God bless you and yours Christoph

@@poppanolan thanks a lot for replying and taking some time for me! :-) Good to hear I'm not the only one. Yes, it occurs much more often when doing deep inhales when lying down instead of sitting down. I think a big factor for me is also whether I've had a rather heavy meal in the evening. Funny enough, I've even had counterproductive experiences with WHB before bed, when I was really in sleep debt in a day. Then after doing WHB I've actually got really wide awake for the first time in that day and couldn't fall asleep. Guess I'll try and shift to other breathing techniques for the pre-bed wind down. I've heard that basically all of them increase HRV, not sure though about differences between the effect sizes of various breathing techniques. Kitaro has a box breathing video for that and another one with a mindfulness meditation. I'll try them. You mean 4-7-8 right? Also a great one! Just thought I'll blabber a bit, maybe it's beneficial for someone ❤️

Just yesterday I did one of your guided breath works after a long day in the busy city with lots of interaction, my head felt so overwhelmed and tense. After I got home, did the breathing, and felt so light and clear. It is strange to me that we didn't learn this stuff in school. Manually regulating the nervous system is a life changer. Thanks Kitaro, and everyone watching.

Yes I feel like that aswell. Very true what you say. I believe the world would become a better place if we learned similar things (mindfully interacting with ourselves and our bodies) like the WHM in school. Kids/ Teens would love people like Wim aswell. Open minded authentic personalities. Students don't learn from unmotivated teachers. Let's change some things up! Greetings from Germany.

Hey kitaro, it would be nice if you put maybe 2 minutes of meditation in the end of the video where it's just pure silence. It's kind of annoying that I get interrupted by loud ads the moment the video finishes so I would appreciate it if you add this on your future videos. Cheers!

Hey Kitaro, I really enjoy your video. We listen listen to your video eye close with an empty mind and relaxing. Feedback: at the end of the 2:45m you dont come back to us with audio queu to inhale again and come back. It led me to wait for a cue that never comes. If you would look at the video you would see the clock but i think im not the only one listen on a phone that is sitting on a table out of sight :) Just my 2 cents. One love !

Hello gorgeous Kitaro, thank you for your wonderful guided breathwork. In this session I found it hard to hear your voice prompts toward the end over the background music. Much love xx

This may sound silly, but for the last exhale before breath hold, should I be adding a bit more force to the exhale to fully deplete my lungs or a similar "sighing" of the breath like the rest? I'm seeing great benefits, but I still question this part. I really appreciate these videos Kitaro. I find with your narration, tone, etc, i'm able to really get my mind right while doing my breath work.

Would love to hear what he says, as I wonder the same thing when he says that the last exhale is a full exhale in other guides.

This one is my favorite, with ONE EXCEPTION: there is no verbal cue to take a deep breath at the end of last hold. With my eyes closed, I had no idea I was in overtime when I couldn’t hold it any longer! 😅
@Kunskapstorst19 күн бұрын
That’s right! I think there’s a glitch with the recording because he gives the clues at the end just very, very silent, you can hardly hear it😆otherwise it’s a great session👍🏼
