The power breathing rounds at the end washed me with energy in way I have never felt before in any breathwork. Thank you Kitaro, I will definitely follow this routine again 😊

Such a beautiful way to ease back into breath work after a long break-I was worried I’d struggle, but your guidance made it so simple to find that familiar calm and focus again. Thank you, Kitaro, for creating a space where relief is always just a click away!

Thank you for this inspiring session. Very weird sensations I felt during the second breath hold on full lungs. This is, without a doubt, a routine to perform more often.🙏

Hello, I have a question that I thought you might be able to answer. I've always been told the urge to breathe during the breath hold is the build up of CO2. If that is true, why does the recovery breath satisfy that urge. You are inhaling Nitrogen, O2, and other gasses, but you aren't shedding any of the built up CO2. If you don't respond to comments I understand, but thought I'd check as you have always seemed very knowledgeable and interested in sharing/exploring. Thanks for all you do!

@KitaroWaga Hello my Friend. Would you recommend to do the Hormesis breathing while being in a Sauna to get more adapted to the heat and the Cold Plunge after? Or could it be risky and harmful? Thank you for your great Videos and greetings from Germany
