Yes!!! A love song that rocks! My understanding it is about Pollard’s students’ gossiping about his relationship with another faculty member. The same kind of gossip that went around amongst the students themselves. Bob was a middle school English teacher for a while if I recall correctly. Someone should look up some of the kids he taught and give their opinions about him as a teacher. I’ll bet he rocked!!!

I'm a school teacher. And the kids imagine and gossiping all kind of romantic scenarios with faculty members.

kingofcobwebs I can see this song on such a soundtrack, which really isn’t a knock on the song.Pollard’s songs are just so damn tuneful.

It misses the synth there's just dead space where the synth riff goes.

Just the worst version of gbv. No sprout, mitch, kev. Real gbv fans knew it was over and the best we'd get was reunion crap when they just played old songs.
@tunnel67733 жыл бұрын
this song was a holdover from the sprout version of the band. it was played during the last show of the original classic lineup run. anyways i prefer the classic albums but the gillard era had its fair share of classics in my estimation
@davidpaul76422 жыл бұрын
Oh cheer the heck up. There are clearly 414 people who aren't real GBV fans as you put it. The most recent album is great by the way and every post reunion album has some great stuff on it. Saddo
