For 5 months or so i had troubles with insomnia. After I found your channel there has been real improvement. I can sleep and you can't even imagine what this means to me. Thank you! I actually didn't manage to finish this meditation yesterday as I fell asleep in the middle of it.

Imagined all that and loved it i just added something from myself i imagined that i lay down completely in the little stream since it doesn't cover me and let it cool me off and wash away all worries + later saw a squirrel and followed it for a little thanks for the meditation Namaste

I wonder if what joe organ said about the isolation tanks is the same with meditation. I saw some pretty vivid images and when I did I thought “woah! I’m in another dimension!” But as soon as I thought that, then I started fidgeting and I couldn’t finish the excessive. 😑
