(night 2 of listening) just saw a comment that said "That awkward moment when you just can't name 3 good things." And... that awkward moment when you just have to focus because even if it wasn't good, it wasn't bad.. you woke up. you breathed, you rose, you put your hair up and spoke, you ate and maybe you smiled. you lived and made it through the day, with or without happiness, with or without people, with or without help. you made it through the day breathing and living, and you're on that track. love the small things.

My boyfriend gave me a shirt that smells do much like him. Those things are allowed to be amazing. It was so comforting and good to be told good job, and especially, especially, especially to be recognized for living today, even if it wasn't much, and that tomorrow I will live again.

I've been suffering insomnia for about 20 years, but it's been off the charts over the past three 3 mo.; I've seen a minimum of 35 Sunrises, I know my thyroid levels r off w/Hypothyroidism; which can make u idk, don't want to use the word "crazy", but that's pretty damn close. So, I always do sleep talk down meditations, do aromatherapy & breathe by being in the moment, into the breath & any thoughts that may cross ur mind - like the explanation of our minds will not stop racing. I have a big personality & lately have been more agitated then I ever would be. I stopped sleeping aide. So I sit & think, try taking things into perspective. Since I've been up & not functioning lately w/chemo brain, exhaustion, no sleep & so tired at times I feel I don't want to drive. I decided last night to try listening to one of these pre-sleep relaxation, before I do my sleep meditation. Well, I just picked up my iPad & this particular one, was still up on my screen! This Video actually made me fall asleep. So, this is now being my Go-To Channel, and think I'll prob. Go right to sleep w/o another full meditation. Thank you so much! 🙏🙏🙏 I'm a new a brand new subscriber! I like ur Mission Statement. We gave to reach out to one another w/support each other. Awareness of Depression & not one person is in exactly the same state; we all go thru life differently, from what life throws us. Last night I went to my childhood friend's friends viewing & service. We've known each other from when we were seven (7) yrs. old & they lived across the field. He was 55 years old & he shot himself because of being so depressed, loved by everyone, good teacher, coach, has lots of best friends. Im so sad, it was very unexpected; no one saw it coming, nor were there any signs that he would even contemplate such a thing. He was also an alter boy when younger at our local corner Catholic Church. I ask if there are any Prayer Warriors out there, we're asking for lots of positive thoughts, prayers Im very ill & it's very complicated, rare & too many unknown, sudden, overnight attrack of one part of my limbs, pain virus, lost my organs & lucky to be alive. I feel blessed, but I want to feel good, in order to go out & feel good. Life is mentioned to enjoyed. I guess the 1st step is this & getting a good, restful, sound -deep REM Sleep. It's not good for my Chi, to stay in this vicious sleep pattern. lol Thank you & many. Blessings! 🙏👍☀️

I work as a nurse in the ICU and 2020 has been extremely hard for me and my colleagues. We have worked nonstop to try and save people from the effects of this disgusting virus. But since March, people have been dying left and right. The worst part was, they mostly died alone especially during the first wave because of the strict rules of no visits, applied by the hospital. No one deserves to die alone and let me tell you how hard it is for us nurses to wrap these victims of the nasty virus knowing that no one was there during their last hours. I cant help but to be emotional sometimes while cleaning their bodies because no one should experience a sad death like this. I go listen to this video and try to tell myself that they at least had me with them, holding their hand, making sure they were comfortable and not suffering. Thank you for making this video. It helps me get through a rough day.

I know that you don’t know me (unless you’re secretly stalking me 👀) and I don’t know you either, but trust me when I tell you that I’m here for you. I’m going through some rough times as well and I know it’s hard to find the light at the end of the tunnel, but it’s there. It’s always there. And it will always be there, waiting for us. We just have to push on and carry on through our days with the mentality that we’ll eventually overcome this, because trust me when I tell you that YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS! No matter how dark the world may seem, and how lost or confused or overwhelmed you may feel, just know that it’s all going to be over soon. And one day you will carry the BIGGEST smile the world has ever seen, and I’ll be here, on the other side of the internet, cheering you on the entire way 💛

I have insomnia and I take medication for it. I stared meditating about a year ago and I love it. I wanted to try something new and I’m so thankful I did. When you said “goodnight” I was like “no omg stay” your voice is so calming and it actually helped me stay calm throughout the mindfulness. Thank you for helping me and others who need this ❤️

This is our 'go to' meditation with my twin boys when they have a bad day at school. Beautiful, calm, positive. It pulled us through some really bad times of bullying, stress and anxiety. My kids go to sleep with this wonderfully positive message, lifting their spirits. Thank you.

"You are in a safe place"; "Think of three things that made you smile today"; "You made it through today and you will live again tomorrow".. Amazing words. I haven't had a good cry in several months. Thank you!

Thank you Scott! I needed this. Great channel that you have! I suffer mainly from anxiety and some depression. It was the worst last December. I was in and out of hospitals, had test done, all kinds of symptoms, panic attacks, etc. I am perfectly healthy, but sometimes I still get anxious or disconnected from the world. Like today I was so deep in my thoughts and bodily symptoms, I found myself getting fustrated and sad. I still feel like I need to go see a therapist, but not sure if I am ready yet. What are your thoughts on therapy Scott? Thank you ;)

Absolutely! And get any medication for depression / sleep disorders, ur anxiety from a Psychiatrist (Ck for good credentials) . DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS CROM UR PRIMARY DOCTOR; They aren't on top on the latest or treat it enough when ur better off going to the source. They take all kinds of Ins., & if unr not covered, the doctors will work u. Or get u to a clinic, or at least get u in the right direction. Best of luck to you! Or anyone elrse who feels this way. Reading what u wrote, this is just my opinion. Sometimes when u say u don't THINK if u need it yet, YET means u know unr going to go sooner or later. You do need to go now. Wth, Why suffer, right? They will get u on the right cocktail . Get a Therapist that u feel comfortable with & don't be shy. They need to know what's going on. I wish u much success! You will be sooooo glad you went. don't wIt!
