I used to do meditations to my "inner temple". I got a ton of knowledge about the spiritual realm and my darker half by doing this. It answered a lot of lingering questions that I had that could not be answered through religious texts. Go figure, to find the answers to life and to commune with the eternal all you need to do is turn yourself inside out in a sense and embrace it. It will work with enough practice. And you will gain the insights you wish to gain by doing things such as this. Oh, and it is relatively safe on top of that. Unless you do meditations to meet your darker half. That can be tricky.

yooo, the mindset you have toward it is what creates it!! I've had this same thing happen in meditations, and the trick thats always helped is an internal pep talk!! "Youre a damn mage, this is YOUR domain. Youve trained to walk in these deep waters, and knew what depths youd need to cross to get the bounty" or something of the sort lolol, sometimes Terrible Terry Tate vibes from the old reebok commercial, or the Sarg from Full Metal Jacket lol. Once that pep talk lands, and you reacquaint yourself with the mission at hand, the "environment" chills out really rapidly, and youre free to proceed with the work. It feels like owning a lion, theyre cozy lil fellers, but sometimes they get a little excited which gets scary quick, and the fear makes the lion want to go in for the kill

Very interesting. I got into some meditative state so deeply to the point I have a vague memory of “needing” to scratch an itch on my neck during, and did so with very little disturbance (if any) to the state I was in. There was no distraction to what I was experiencing below the outer senses, as if my body went on autopilot rather than my mind, yet both flowed in sync. I saw so many “images,” but ... I was in pitch black (used my sleeping mask). Lovely. Thank you, truly, for this video.

I entered a trance and found myself really sensing different places and vistas. It felt very much like a lucid dream. Periodically I would reflexively analyze some of my visions while in this trance state, which would cause the current vision to stop. I would have strange, abstract sensations and then find my self in a new place. Sometimes it would be related to something else I was thinking about (a setting for a work of fiction), sometimes it was super random (a vision of dirty pigeons flying low in an alley). There was at least one more but I've already forgotten it writing all this. Will have to try this again. Would you consider this very basic High Magick?

Well done. I have been trying to reach a Samhadi state for many years. I used to think I was hitting some minor state of Samhadi. Turns out, it was much more likely I simply touched the bliss body. Either way it is utterly intoxicating. I cannot sustain it all day. Sometimes I will be walking, or on the bus. It just spontaneously happens. Rare but still amazing. When my mind thinks of life problems I usually snap out of it. I can get this almost every morning. I must set a LOUD alarm. I will miss work, I will sit there for 24 hours easy. Then it seems like 24 minutes. Do you experience this extreme distortion of your perception of time?

I went in to a lucid dream like space where there was people who didnt like to communicate with words or text, instead they communicated with images and feelings. I was standing front of a big screen thats text was just zigzag line, also when these other people spoke they got speech bubble with zigzag lines and then images would come in my head. After video ended I continued meditating, I realized I was getting smaller like size of a dust particle and when I tried to make myself bigger I would over grow so that my 1 foot woul be size of planet. This went on while and then I was again front of big screen like waking up from a faint. I saw that inside me is a little demon that shows me horrific pictures, so I made a bubble around it, made it smaller and absorbed it into my heart. I saw yin yang symbolism. after while I started seeing disturbin imagery and I forced myself wake state. Thank you for this experience.

At the start I only heard pleas from myself to “go back” and “stop”, “leave me alone” and “take the cloth off” and even a voice asked me to stop my magickal journey. I was attacked by a hideous hag with long neck and she pounded me with her eyes, I tried to smite her and the voice with divine light and summoned an angel but the voice took the appearance of a young girl and she was so scared, so I took mercy and retreated. My second try was inside a pitch black ocean and I could saw from afar the leviathan huge, I tried to dive deep but I got frighted by the size of the serpent. I decided to conjure a submarine and try like that, the leviathan closed his jaws at my ship and I almost lost courage and called back, my ship was filled with water but I decided to attack and shoot torpedoes at his eyes and dive deep. As I’m diving fast with flames at my back the colossal serpent is chasing, and from deep below I see yet another monster, A giant crustacean. I push through with barrage of missiles, killing the monster, and shooting flares from the back of the ship to blind the snake, With a few seconds I reach the bottom covered sand, empty and silent. The leviathan has come and I face him straight on with beam of with light and cut him in half, all of my vision covered with his blood, I search and my core is nowhere to be found. I leave this vision and then I just need to swallow some spit and I get hurled back in yet another vision of me falling down my own throat to search for this “core”, my feet is tangled with some invisible rope, and I fall in my acidic stomach, there the thing that pulled me down reveals itself, a giant metallic black spider with the head of a mocking clown, I slay him with my beam of light pretty quickly and from it countless ents erupted everywhere trying to get on me, I spray my light unto everything, and with a wave of light I am safe. Then your ding woke me up. This was intriguing, I was expecting to find el dorado or some golden and promised core, but all I found was resistance, maybe I’ll try again although I’m very scared to try and dive back in there…

I have practiced meditation / contemplation a bit. I have always attempted to perceive my body, so the instructions to look "inside" of my thoughts confused me a bit (I was struggling to find the thoughts) and I'm not sure if I've done what I was supposed to. The result was, fragments of scenes from my memory started flashing in front of my eyes pretty much as if I was dreaming. When I consciously tried to "disperse" one of those visions, it was as if another veil of cloth fell over my "inner sight." I am really curious what do other people usually experience.
@FoolishFishBooks3 жыл бұрын
Hi Lidu! Thank you for sharing! Flashes of representative images is exactly what you should expect as you draw your attention inwards. As you go deeper, though, the experience should be less coded into representative forms (pictures, words, understandable structures), and simply more raw and unprocessed. While our attention is busy with the outside, it's difficult for us to retreat to the core. The journey to the core still retains elements of the outside, those flashes are an example.
@FoolishFishBooks3 жыл бұрын
Another tip about what you wrote: "look inside of my thoughts". The idea is not to "look inside" (this implies using visual encoding) but to "let your awareness go inside", and it's not "inside your thoughts", but "inside yourself" that you are invited to venture. I hope that helps! 😊🙏

Mid way through saw random but vague imagery of strings overlapping other strings (like an instrument's string I mean) and some other vague visuals of things akin to program or game interfaces on a computer but not ones with text or meaning in them. Then went back to no imagery I think. Then sort of had a second energy arise and started seeing dotty things piercing my vision and they were less vague. I couldn't tell if my eyes were closed or not and kept felt like I shut them only for it to persist and the same feeling to remain. I knew the bell would ring soon and it did. But indeed it was a somewhat aggressive and confusing visual as I couldn't tell just whether my eyes were open or closed, or even how to keep em shut if so.

But while this face appeared it shared the room with me for a while and I was not alone in my room. whenever I tried to scream or voice out it came out muffled and distorted. Are these things that would be achieved through this type of meditation when looking into yourself or did I just have a nightmare of sorts? Whatever it was it was very potent.

The minute you rang the bell the first time I felt that I was laying on a flat circle that started to spin so fast. I freaked out and my heart rate increased and I kind of got out of it but carried through. Saw what looked like a mushroom cloud but after a while it became apparent that it was actually a big tree. There was then this bluesh light orb that kept floating infront of me coming closer and closer then it kind of stayed in my peripheral vision and I found myself inside a really bushy tree like what a small bird would be seeing when it's inside a tree. Then I got really bothered by the fact that I couldn't tell where my hands were anymore. I knew I kept them on top of my chest but I could no longer feel them pressing there. I then got worried about not hearing the bell and wondered if my phone ran out of battery and it took me out of it. Interesting experience! Thank you
