This is a guided mindfulness meditation on personal growth. Through this meditation, we can empower ourselves by observing and acknowledging our individual journey, have positive self-reflection, and cultivate self-love and self care. Do you ever feel stress or anxiety based on trying to achieve a goal or make a future dream come to fruition? We can push ourselves so hard and forget to step back and acknowledge the journey! This guided meditation session is 18 minutes long: 15 minutes of the session are guided, while the remaining 3 minutes are ambient music to help calmly end the session and return to your day… or go to sleep. Note that you may want to turn the “auto-play” function off on your KZbin player.

Your mediations help me so much, theyre a part of my daily routine. Would love a mediation on trusting self and others sometime in the future, I feel lack of trust can get in the way of living in the present and is a huge barrier for personal growth.
