This video helps you manage thoughts and feelings using The Bookshelf Method. The bookshelf method involves observing your thoughts and feelings, giving them a label, then imagining them as objects that you then place on a bookshelf. It is the second video in my developing sleep series and helps you let go of thoughts and feelings that are keeping you awake.
You don't need any fancy paints or paper, and you can even imagine this exercise just in your mind. If you are following along in real time, feel free to pause the video to finish coloring in whatever shelf you are working on.
