A slow-paced yoga nidra (complete with a body scan) aimed at strengthening our propensities towards lucid dreaming and lucid dreamless sleep. The practice itself is not a promise of lucid dreams; it's merely sowing the seeds that will take time to ripen. Even if you don't have a lucid dream on a given night, it's still good to do dream journaling and continue using the practice on a regular basis. For more information, see "Dream Yourself Awake" by Alan Wallace and books by Charley Morley
Guided by Lobsang Tenpa (lobsangtenpa.com). This practice is also available on Insight Timer and Soundcloud
