Sir मैंने पता किया था किसी वकील से ज़मीन के बारे में देहरादून में ज़मीन डोया वाला की साईट पर है वह कहता है इस ज़मीन पर नक़्शा पास करवाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है क्या वजह हो सकती है

सर आपने सही कहा परन्तु नॉर्म फॉलो नहीं करेंगे तो बाद में पछताना पड़ेगा। इसलिए अगर खरीदने वाला पहले से जागरूक होगा तो बेचने वाला भी नॉर्म के अनुसार ही प्लॉटिंग करेगा। परन्तु होता उल्टा है इसलिए बेचने वाला जैसे तैसे बेच देता है।

R3 mean residential plot in mdda master plan which mean u can get house construction approval in this zone

Sir mdda k plain area,hilly area aur foothill area ka map mai boundaries dikhaya gaya ho...aisa koi map hai kya...agar hai toh kahan se available ho payega

कुछ कंडीशंस है। जिसमे सेटबैक छोड़कर हम अप्रूवल ले लेते है कि आने वाले समय में अगर जरुरत पड़ेगी तो हम इतनी जगह छोड़ देंगे। साथ ही साथ कॉलोनी में 60% पहले से बसगत होनी चाहिए। काफी कुछ है। परन्तु इतनी झंझटों में पैसे देकर पड़ना ही क्यों ? कुछ समय पहले तक OTS भी चल रहा था। पैसे देखर नक्शा पास करना।

Sir how to check whether land in particular area is R3 or not? In sale. Deed land is mentioned as residential. But how to know whether that land is R3 or not.
