The talent from holy tree 5/5 + conc aura allows you to cast even with multiple mobs attacking as long as enemies dont have kick. So probably hybrid holy/ret build might be worth considering

Warriors need a video all too itself! Theirs a fast lvling guide for classic wow outline spirit gear with Agi gear importants. Lvling a warrior with herb/achly is super useful with not just health pots but, speed boose, stealth and Rage potions! Keeping rage bar full keeps your character flowing nicely like, killing critters !

Buy normal mount as lock/pala. The free mount is a spell and breaks your mp5 reg. Also you can walk betweek food or drink tics to move while gaining the same amount of hp/mana. Addon is needed to track this in the best possible way.

Disengage lowers very little threat, it's better to just Wing Clip and kite the mob.

I leveled from 16 to 17 in 45 mins by farming 15 - 17 level harpies in the barrens, I made around 1.5 to 2 gold, I did it as a hunter. Obviosuly I got bored quickly, because I already leveled horde character for 3 times in original classic WoW 2019 launch.

Of the eagle is still nice for all casters, I don't think much changes for single target frost mage. Maybe spirit for less downtime.

I think you can transfer to any ERA server

Hardcore on PvP servers will just lead to horde only and alliance only servers because no one will want to pvl on an alliance dominant server as a horde because people love to kill low lvl members of the opposing faction and this will fast get old

is siphon life a passive talent in wotlk ? tried to make that macro u suggested for warlocks, but sadly it didnt work ( even without siphon life ) same issue when trying the mouseover macro, it always fear's ( or put dot's ) on the Main Target, not the target where i have my mouse at :(

Bird is op owl, has no negative stats, high dps high armor and screech higha aoe threat, can multi shot wont pull aggro

For lvling BM spec with a boar or owl you should be able to auto attack its primary target, and multi shot any adds without ripping agro unless you spam gcds and get back to back crits and even then they should be close to death before you pull agro from them.
