In spite of how ridiculous this storyline was, I think Kim Zimmer did a great job with it.

Such an insane storyline. We thought nothing could top Marlena’s possession but Reva’s clone did it 😂😂

usually when a movie or show(or people on the internet) talk about clones they think you clone someone and bam next week they're fully grown which isn't possible. at least they went out of the way to explain how she became an adult so soon. people actually think certain famous people are clones(ignoring the fact it's not possible to super speed a clone to adulthood)

This story wouldve been better suited for days but they did good showing. What a real human would feel like being forced to live in someone else's shadow who they were a part of.

Kim was great in this but something has to be said for robert newman and his trying to damage control everything. He tried to grieve and manage the mess hecreated

This was the storyline that ended Guiding Light for me. I loved Guiding Light, always watched it with my Mom, Aunt and Grandmother but we all stopped after this silliness, she was a ghost right before this stupid storyline too smh. We would periodically try to rewatch it, but the storylines were just getting worse and worse (remember when Harley developed superpowers?) Also, I couldn't stand the new Alan Spaulding, should have just killed the character off. Such a shame.

I like the statement of mulholland drive but I think this storyline was too weird. It would be great to see more of Vanessa Mindy Rick or Harley or others years in review Lots of love from Germany

I watched Guiding light with my mom on AFN in Wiesbaden in the late 90’s and I remember the Dolly storyline very well

What is it about the scenes with both Reva and the clone that makes them look soooo fake? AW and ATWT did not look THAT fake when they had dual roles.

I never felt it was fake. I think I was pretty impressed when it happened.

Overall, I hated this plot. That said, I felt sorry for Dolly. I loved how Alan got what was coming to him multiple times during the story. Kim Zimmer did an AWESOME job. Was the teenage Dolly the same woman that eventually played Michelle??? Thanks for posting these; I look forward to them every month!

Yes, that was Joie Lenz, the most impactful Michelle Bauer. To me she was the only positive to emerge from the dreaded clone story. Almost 25 years later and I still cringe. This was traumatic!
