Man Cliff I was worried when you switched from OW to Sea of Thieves. But the way you do your tales and editting fits better in this game. Makes it feel like you're telling a tale of your adventures as a pirate over a cup of grog at a tavern.

Getting into Sea of Thieves I always felt so bad, like horrid in pvp. I have been going at it a lot recently and my skill has improved, what helped me was seeing Cliff go through the same issues I have, and on top of that, seeing his old vids and seeing him improve has given me hope. This man is a legend and is why I am a pretty decent privateer

I'm not going to lie to you, because I have just such huge respect for this channel, having eliminated the toxic content that other youtubers feel they need to include (Sore winning/losing and blaming the games mechanics/bugs on anything or "the game is dead") and continuing to uphold a positive vibe to the game itself for new and returning players alike, filling us with hope always... I punched the air when I heard about the kraken taking down the brigantine, after all the problems you guys had... I've never done that in all my years of KZbin. It was a video too well made, Incredible, keep it coming! !

Ironically we fought a similar brig crew just a few days ago. The lag didnt effect them and they used it to thier advantage. It only ever appeared near thier ship and seemed way more hacky then it did a coincidence. We had sunk once after never even seeing them come up, they sailed right over islands without taking damahe and actually getting speed booosts going over it. But fighting them in melee turned out to be the easiest thing we did. Despite them landing nealry ever chain shot. At one point i tried to board thier boat and black screened the moment i hit thier ladder.

Think it was the second or third day of the season was on a sloop with a friend there was 2 gallys near FOTD initially they both ran from us but we convinced them to join an alliance both seems like relatively new players one was doing merchant voyages we decided to stack FOTD so we stacked 6 of em anda FoF we had the loot all split equal and everyone was ready to go sell when the one gally used a hidden keg and had put on gold skelly and bucket head curse. I had never been so unsuspecting of a crew. They were chill about it though and weren't toxic. Just wasn't expecting the crew doing a tall tale to do that.

I have several ships with historical names for example kms bismarck and a galleon named thousand year Reich and the Titanic then I have my roleplay pirate's ship the burning hellhound. I'm in two Guilds. I'm 50 with reapers and order of souls 60 with gold hoarders and 47 with merchants and 11 with the hunter's call. I've been selling fish not to get level 50 but to make a somewhat of a fortune before achieving pirate legend and Making a fuck ton of money as a athena emissary. But my god it's been a pain in the ass leveling merchants because I've been attacked. The good thing is I've been in several alliances with reapers as a merchant and done FOTD stacks and they actually separated the loot that was for my faction and put them on my ship including the kegs then they removed the kegs and buried them on a pile of kegs ready for the boss next FOTD.

I've seen that happen before, some people are very not good at clearing things efficiently. The two runs combined took us less than half an hour which is entirely feasible for a crew that doesn't know what they're doing
