Tommy called me up on my cellphone when I was making pancakes for my kids... "Hey Emil it's Tommy!, you wanna come up and play some songs?!".. Me; "……..... YES!!!".. After we played a couple of songs this evening, I was just about to walk off the stage, but then Tommy shouts to me: "Stay for Guitar Boogie"!!... I shouted back.. "Not too fast!!!".. haha! This made me tear up almost.. just the joy and mutual respect but also the selflessness when playing. I think a big part of Tommy´s legacy will be that selflessness not just in passing on his skills to others but also always wanting to entertain the audience. And you can see it effected Emil.

Emil, your guitar playing is just so damn charming and interesting. Too me, even more interesting than Tommy's. The world needs a studio recording of this guitar duo performance. With drums/percussion and upright bass. Please get it done.
