maybe you didn't apply enough pressure? If it hurts a lot, try pressing the chord closer to the right fret (right from the guitarist's PoV)

is it the last part before the outro? if that what you meant, yes you switch chords at the 3rd pluck (technically the chord hand makes change slightly before the 3rd pluck)

0:04 what is 0020 and 1442 mean?

That's a guitar tab. 0 means open string, the other numbers represent which fret you put your fingers on (relative to the capo if it's used). Practically, the full string of Em is "000220" (from string 1 to 6). In this video, we only pluck 4 strings without string 1 and 5, thus making it appear as "0020." The "1442" is roughly the same. It's just Bm plucked without strings 1 and 6. Now that I notice there's a mistake, It should be written as "2443" for that Bm. I'm really sorry for that 🙏 but I hope you get the overall idea. For more information, you can search "How to read guitar tab," which will be helpful if you are new to this diagram.

They stand for Bass and Chords, respectively. Bass is the single string on the lowest note of a chord. For example, the bass of Bm chord here is on the 5th string, the bass of D is on the 4th. C means you pluck all the strings in the chords except the bass. You don't have to pluck all of them (I only pluck 3 strings, in my case). You can pluck any string as long as it's not muted, as shown in the bottom-right figure. This rhythm diagram was my attempt to simplify the tablature so it can fit nicely in the video without having to shrink it down. I'm sorry if this looks unfamiliar to you.

Oh yang model tablature umum. Itu ada nomor senarnya sih, string(senar) 1 sampai 6. Kalau belum familiar sama model tab ini, cara bacanya begini: - Dari atas ke bawah itu berurut string 1~6. String 1 yang paling tinggi nadanya (di gitar itu senar paling bawah yang paling tipis). String 6 itu yang paling rendah nadanya, paling ngebass (senar paling atas di gitar). Kalau tabnya diputar 90° ke kanan, posisinya bakal persis sama dengan diagram chord di kanan layar. - Angka di dalam tabnya itu nomor fretnya. Angka 2 di senar4/D artinya kita metik senar 4 sambil dipencet di fret 2. Angka 0 artinya open string, senarnya dipetik dan nggak ada fret yang dipencet. Info lebih lanjut mungkin bisa search "cara membaca tab gitar", tapi untuk baca tab di video ini cuma butuh tahu 2 poin di atas tadi aja.
