Dude. Thank you! I've watched (and learned from) some of your other videos -- especially Chris Cornell songs -- so when I searched for a lesson on this song and saw your video, I immediately clicked and thought to myself "this guy usually has pretty good tutorials." And to my absolute delight, I (again) was not disappointed! And I'm pretty picky, usually I have to cherry pick many different lessons from many different people and piece together the parts that sound the most correct. Lots of these guys get lazy and don't learn things all the way through, or they just don't have quite the right sounding chord voicings/progressions. This sounds perfect to me! So again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! You are awesome!

Not gonna lie, I saw this around when it was posted, but was intimidated by "like most this is a handful of chords" so I moved on to something less intimidating at the time. HOWEVER, ever since then, I ONLY HEAR "BANANA PUDDING" EVERY TIME. Today I decided to tackle it and was able to get it down within the time of the video! So I updated my Patrion contribution as a token of my gratitude. These videos and lessons may seem like a small thing (I hope they dont), but I hope you know how many lives you are touching out here, positively contributing to so many people's journeys, supporting their aspirations, creating outlets and so on! It's no small thing at all! Thank you Ryan!

Thiago Moraes .... After following SoundGarden and Pearl Jam more than half of my 40 years .... Kim Thayil always got mad when people asked about his status in the band as a lead guitarist... and also when Chris was labeled as a Rhythm guitarist.... Kim always said they all have their own attributes to bring to the table .. and he said Chris could have been a lead guitarist in any band , ever .... and if you watch a lot of KZbin videos , you’ll see he plays leads a lot ...

Did anybody else immediately felt this had a Bond-vibe, when listen to DOTU for the first time back in 97? (Or in 06 like, "Dude, You know my name" sounds great, but you've already nailed it 9 years before ...)🤟🍀

Banana pudding!🤣 I haven't had that for years. I have to get me some nilla wafers, bananas, cool whip and make homemade pudding. The Bridge school benefit live of Blow up the Outside makes me feel sad because Chris singing the lyrics nothing seems to kill me no matter how hard I try.... and you have the kids in the background with major disabilities and it makes you think of how fortunate we are in life, yet how fragile life can be. Emotional footage. On a positive note my short term goals for this month learn this song and celebrate with Banana pudding. Peace Ryan
