I always wondered why that Bb note was in that “C major scale” thanks for explaining that! Always thought it was Kurt Cobain’s idea to replace notes of the scale just to be rebelious. Most people on youtube just teach you the songs but never the theory behind it. Great job. Although your videos are not always top quality like the famous youtubers who earn a ridiculous amount of money, they certainly help me comprehend the things I learn instead of just copying everything without understanding what I’m doing. Your channel deserves more attention imo.

hehe how DARE you call me pointing my phone at myself and pressing record and that's it for editing not top quality :) You've caught me, i'm a no frills kind of guy, and this trait expresses itself in all aspects of my life. I would rather have to put up 3,000 videos the way that occurs naturally to me to be able to make a living doing this than 500 in a more arduous way (for me anyway). Da da tum da, da da tum da, then Kurt cobain near the end seems to do a little solo down the g string which is not in the Bowie version. Which was a nice deviation, it felt like he was soul searching, I think you did it at the end, it is so simple but works. Nuff said.

Man,I'm sure you've heard Bowie's version of this song at one point or another. This is TOTALLY a Nirvana song to me. There is zero percent chance this song would have ever caught my ear any other way I've ever heard it.
