So thrilled you liked the tune! Humbird is AWESOME. I'm learning a lot in your classes but getting your takes on stuff like this is about half the reason I signed up. Thanks for taking a chance on my recommendation - David Sheehan

@@officialWWM Learning allot here. His enthusiasm is so wonderful. When artists use capo, would like to see the cords the artist is using sometimes. I'd be able to play along better.

Wowzers…as amazing as her syncopation and nuances are, so is your breakdown of this. Thanks so much Michael! You always help me listen and each time I’m grateful for it. Cheers brother!

One of the things I respect most in a musician is the ability to play something so that everyone else in the group knows what they NEED to play. Whatever you play (and avoid playing) should dictate to others how you want them to play.

Her words and what she plays are working together to convey everything she is saying and she has your total attention, better than shouting it from a roof top

What up MIKE P. Another great breakdown sir. Love how u pull out those things wehear but may not be able to put a description on it. Hearing that groove but only playing pieces of it while maintaining the groove is something I’ve felt like was a bad habit for me (only 2 yrs into playing) I would do that because I couldn’t get to a chord change fast enough so I would wait for the next spot to play once my fingers caught up. I always felt like it wouldn’t sound good to anyone listening but that description seems to be what’s going on here. Maybe I’m on right track until I get good enough to fill in the groove? Keep it up Mike. Love ya and your KZbin presence sir! 🫡

She is amazing, wow! What a voice. Have you ever reviewed The Blues Man by Alan Jackson? From the 4 min mark to the end of the song which is several minutes later, its a myriad of different solos. Truly awesome assembly. I would love to see a React to that one.

Cool song, not exactly my thing but I could hear through your analysis how an electric guitar accompaniment might ad some cool color to the broad brush acoustic. Very cool Michael thank you Sir. Have you ever looked at James McMurtry/ Choctaw Bingo?
