i heard Bobby Broom album in 1982, "con alma" medium tempo ,he was doing nice solo ,kind be bop, and in this interview Bobby is honest ,"i dont think i was the right fit for Miles" he was not a jazz overdrive fusion guitar player , he is kind of Billy rogers, Grant Green..the worst thing can happen a guitar player in recording session or ,show concert is break the E string or any string

Nice thoughts, Carl...yeah - totally agree...

@@SamoSalamonMusic the fact that Miles wanted to do something new, in my opinion Miles didnt wanted to play jazz anymore ,he wanted new style , even he wanted to do a record with Jimi Hendrix ,cause he liked the new distortion pyrotechnic sound ,style of his guitar, Miles knew when a new style is created ,everybody want to jump in that "new horse" and make money, and he paid to musicians like herbie hancock, john mc laughing to create something new for his Bitches Brew album and he did it , and the rest is history ,the birth of the jazz electric fusion music(other people said ,that Larry coryell was the father of jazz fusion)
