Tomorrow I'm entering the last year of my 20's - scary stuff haha! This year has been a bit harder for me to post as regularly as the year before. Having a child definitely changes things 😅. I just wanted to document a bit of a 'last jam at 28' moment, so here's a jam over some simple changes. All of my lesson packages are on sale for the last few days of August at 30% off using the code 'SUMMER2022'. jack-gardiner.co.uk Thanks to all of you for the support over the years! ❤

Hi, Jack. That's a very nice feel. I really enjoy how you mix up the notes and get into a groove too. By the way, for a second there at 2:22, I thought I caught a few note flashes of Eleanor Rigby. I think one of the biggest compliments you can give to a fellow guitarist is to say, "You have your own style." And you do for sure. Well done.

From the first time I heard you play, I found it fabulous the sought-after way in which you fuse melody and technique. This creates the Jack Gardiner's feeling and touch, a unique and recognizable sound 🎸🎼🎵🎶. Keep it up, you're already a great among the greatest. Thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 for sharing your music with us. Hey Jack, what a breathtaking great player you are. Never running out of superb ideas, and developing them with such a beautiful feeling for the instrument and all of its ways expressing yourself. It seems like you’re falling again and again in love with the guitar and making music on a daily basis. Thxamillion for all your wonderful content(by the way:nice quote "Elenor Rigby" at about minute 02:20). All the best for you and your beloved ones. Good regards from Bavaria

Enjoy it. The thirties will make you slow down in a variety of ways, but will give you space and time in others. The world seems far less confusing, and finding the proper way forward seems to be a lot easier to find the further down the road you get. Hope I'm around to see what you're like at 38.

How did you develop such unearthly phrasing?
@JackGardiner2 жыл бұрын
Ahh too kind man! I wish haha! ❤️ I could give a long answer for how I developed my phrasing but maybe I can save that for a video and some lesson packages. I’d say a lot of it is trying to absorb and transcribe as much ‘language’ as possible from different players/styles.
