Looks like a well thought out product - except for one thing. It needs something to protect you from turning the knobs by accident with your feet when selecting the different switches. It would have been an easy thing to add. Sad they didn't think of that!

Looks great. I'm not seeing any sort of amp sim built in, so it seems like I'd need to put an amp sim / preamp pedal in the loop if I'm going to use the Cerberus for direct situatons.
