The Cerberus is an excellent multi effects unit. It can be used as a stand alone fly rig and/or integral part of a larger board w extra effects. Nux has been killing the game as of late! Anyone with a bad opinion probably couldn’t dial in a good tone on any pedal. Who cares no compressor? Buy one and stick it before the damn thing! For all the routing options and great analog drive section, cool usable modulation effects etc… it’s a great value…what else u want? No, it’s not a modeling device, but u can put one at the end of the unit and voila u got a pretty damn good ampless rig! Happy jamming y’all!🤘🏾

Hi in the manual it reads "full midi implementation" but there is no further information on midi control. Can you control external gear like a strymon device via midi from the cerberus (midi PC and CC change)? If so, how?

Can the delay or reverb be selected independently ? Looks like one footswitch for bolth ?

Oakland Valleau you can program the button on the bottom right to control reverb separately

Can this unit control the Tonex via MIDI?

There's not a lot of MIDI information for this NUX unit. If you have your MIDI chans set the same, I would think you could recall different presets on the Tonex by simply connecting NUX MIDI Out to Tonex MIDI In. Best of luck!

does it have noise gate circuit? something to suppress noise on high gain settings?

Preset mode is limited, i wish i could stomp in and out some delay in preset mode.

If you program the preset thru the software you can assign the preset switch a tap tempo function. It's not like having it ON/OFF but it's very useful sometimes.

If anyone is looking for something like this, you might want to get a Line 6 M13 with up to 12 presets, you can have 3 od 3 dis 3 delays and so on...

Am'i the only one who wich nux ( i own à Cerberus and also à mooer red truck ) to build à extended Cerberus with a integrated looper / Drum track and finaly à power Amp ( kind off électro harmonix 22 caliber , baby bombe mooer l'île ) to be integrated inner this kind off effect ? To me it could be the oly grail for Nomad-guitarist , with a of about 350 euros ...
