mam, मैं तो ढोकले eno से बनाती हूं क्योंकि जब भी baking soda से बनाती हूं तो सोडे का taste बहुत ही बेकार लगता है, ऐसा क्यों होता है mam, कारण बताना 🙏

हेलो मैम हमारे साथ जुड़ने के लिए आपका धन्यवाद 🤗 बैंकिंग सोडा की मात्रा अधिक होने की वजह से रेसिपी में बैंकिंग सोडे का टेस्ट कड़वा या खराब आता है, और ढोकला में बैंकिंग सोडे को एक्टिव करने के लिए कोई भी खट्टा चीज़ जैसे दही या नींबू रस मिलाना जरूरी है यहां मैंने सिट्रिक एसिड का उपयोग किया है। और सोडे को बहुत अच्छी तरह से मिक्स करना भी जरूरी है ।आप एक बार इस रेसिपी से बना कर देखिएगा । और एक एक स्टेप फोलो करियेगा!! 🙏🙏

Whole sugar when grinding to powder, measures more than 5 TBSp, your information is incorrect, misleading. Your one cup besan is 250gms? Wrong. Your tea cup measures is 1.5 cup water ? Please check again, why do you comment so wrong? Your description in writing is also wrong and don’t match voice comments. Please ensure correctness. Good luck for next time.
