INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :

खामन ढोकला
चीनी - २ चम्मच
नीम्बू का सत्त - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - १ चम्मच​​​
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
कॉर्न फ्लोर - १ चम्मच​
बेसन - १ कप (१५० ग्राम​)
मीठा सोडा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
ढोकले का छोंक​
खाद्य तेल - २ चम्मच
राइ (सरसों) - १ छोटा चम्मच​ ​
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - ३, कटी हुई
कढी पत्ता - १० से १५ पत्ते
चीनी - १ चम्मच​
खामन चटनी
धनिया के पत्ते - १/२ कप​
हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
काला नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​​
नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​​
खामन ढोकला - २ टुकडे
जीरा (भूनकर पीसा हुआ) - १/४ छोटा चम्मच
नीम्बू का रस - १/२ नीम्बू​

Khaman Dhokla
Sugar - 2 table spoon
Citric acid - ½ tsp
Edible Oil - 1 table spoon
Salt - ½ tsp
Cornflour - 1 table spoon
Gramflour - 1 cup (150 gm)
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Dhokla ka chhonk
Edible Oil - 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Green Chilli - 3, chopped
Curry leaf - 10 to 15 leaves
Sugar - 1 table spoon
Khaman Chutney
Coriander leaves - ½ cup
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Black Salt - ¼ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Khaman Dhokla - 2 pieces
Cumin seeds (roasted & powdered) - ¼ tsp
Lemon juice - ½ Lemon

Hey... I tried this dhokla recipe today n it came out super delicious n actually same as we get in markets.. I'm the person who loves dhokla at the extreme.. N I was looking for such good recipe on KZbin..
