Very good Roger, thank you, Leading on from this tip, a further tip of mine is to do gun mount practice, with your eyes closed, and when mounted, open your eyes. If your mount is correct, you will then see the bead, through the straw. This avoids, "bending" your mount to fit.

Great advice Rodger ! I was having difficulties shooting down the line Trap, That's why I prefered skeet, but the skeet stations are more and more busy... So started to shoot trap again, well being much more confortable with my 690, I'm proud to say that I'm hiting in the twenties regularly !!! Thanks again for your presentations, it is so appreciated ! Merci !!!

Hi Roger, new subscriber here in Ireland. I was on the night shift last night in my car watching KZbin and came across your channel. I have been looking for some practical, simple advice and I must say your videos are excellent. I was in the canteen this morning at 6:30am looking for straws before I went home 😀. I just checked my gun fit and found my adjustable comb it seems was too high (waaaay too high). On the face of it it appears I don’t need any height adjustment but will go back later when the kiddos are in bed and have a closer look. Thank you very much for your candid advice. John

Thanks and happy 2023. You always have good advice that is straight to the point. I got two rounds in in early December and I'm ready to get started with the new year. I watched the last video with my wife and commented that you and I leave the guns out of the room when we have a glass of wine. It's one of the cardinal rules and if one follows it strictly only good can come from it. Cheers.
